Guardian Dentistry Partners

2 Years

Frank currently serves as CTO for one of Canada's fastest-growing dental service organizations — a 160+ location enterprise spanning multiple provinces. In this active mandate, he is architecting the company's entire technology future from the ground up.

At the core of this transformation is a large-scale migration of all 160+ practices to Denticon, a unified Practice Management System designed to eliminate operational silos, standardize workflows, and unlock enterprise-wide data consistency. Alongside this, Frank led the architecture and development of Alfred, a proprietary enterprise data warehouse that delivers centralized reporting, advanced analytics, and the governance infrastructure needed to drive smarter, faster decisions at scale.

Frank also serves as the driving force behind the company's AI Think Tank — an internal innovation body focused on designing and deploying agentic AI models that automate high-friction workflows, augment clinical and operational teams, and systematically improve business efficiency across the organization. From intelligent collections agents to chairside clinical tools, these initiatives represent the leading edge of AI adoption in the dental services sector.

Rounding out the mandate, Frank is consolidating a fragmented MSP landscape into a single, scalable infrastructure partner — and deploying AI diagnostic tools across every practice to elevate the standard of patient care.

This is not a strategic advisory role — Frank is hands-on, driving execution alongside his clinical and operational counterparts every day.

Each initiative was delivered on time and on budget, while Frank simultaneously developed the long-term technology roadmap that would support the company's global expansion ambitions. His change management approach ensured that technology adoption stuck across teams and geographies.

One of Frank's most transformative leadership tenures, his eight years at Cardinal Health Canada produced results at a scale few technology leaders achieve. Frank redesigned the ecommerce storefront on HCL Commerce, building a platform that now generates over $120M in annual sales. His three-year ecommerce strategy drove 200% revenue growth. He deployed Salesforce CRM nationally, stood up the Canada PMO, and launched the B2C Home Healthcare Strategy — all while building a culture of continuous improvement through a nationally managed Lean Six Sigma program.

FOUNDER

MeshMinder was Frank's first major entrepreneurial venture — a fully automated online matching platform connecting recreational hockey players with goaltenders and referees across North America. What began as a niche idea scaled to 12,000+ mapped arenas and over 46,000 registered users, with no registration fees or commissions as its business model differentiator. The platform was ultimately sold to a private investor — validating both the product vision and the go-to-market approach that Frank had built from zero.
